Englewood Jewelers is a reputable shopping destination that offers a wide range of fine jewelry and repair services. The store's friendly and knowledgeable staff, including master goldsmith Kevin, are always happy to assist customers with their needs. The variety of jewelry on display is impressive, and the store's ability to create custom designs and repair existing pieces is a major plus. The store's location on Placida Rd Road in Englewood City is convenient, and the parking lot is wheelchair accessible. However, some customers have reported difficulty with certain staff members, highlighting the importance of consistent customer service.Unfortunately, there is one issue that stands out. While the store's pricing is not explicitly mentioned, it appears to be a major concern for some customers. One customer had a particularly frustrating experience with a watch battery replacement, which resulted in water damage to the watch. The store's response to the issue was disappointing, and the customer was not provided with any compensation or assistance.Overall, Englewood Jewelers is a great resource for those in need of fine jewelry and repair services. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential for inconsistent customer service and to communicate clearly with the staff to ensure a positive experience.
