The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially to the LGBTQ+ crowd. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. It's open Monday through Friday, with extended hours on Thursday, which is convenient for those who need to visit during the week. While the prices are a bit steep for some services, the quality of care is top-notch, making it worth the investment.
