I visited the location of Empath Health, a community organization that offers various services. The first impression was positive, as the building is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to get in and out of the premises. However, the working hours are quite restrictive, with no weekend services available, which might be inconvenient for some people.Inside, the office is tidy and clean, which is good to see. The staff seemed friendly, but the quality of their services was somewhat inconsistent. Unfortunately, one client had a negative experience with a grief counselor, who was defended by the manager instead of being held accountable. This lack of accountability and support for clients is disappointing.On the other hand, the Empath Health organization has a good reputation, with a rating of 4.0 from third-party sources. Additionally, the location is easily accessible by car, and the working hours are consistent during the week.The overall experience was decent, but with some areas for improvement.
