Emotion Auto Sales is a reliable and trustworthy used car dealer located in Winter Haven City. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to meet the customer's needs. They offer a wide range of used cars, including models like Dodge Dart and Ford Flex, at fair prices. The dealer is LGBTQ+ friendly and identifies as Latino-owned, making it a welcoming place for everyone. The facility is equipped with a gender-neutral restroom, ensuring that all customers feel comfortable. However, one customer had a negative experience with a car that broke down multiple times, resulting in significant expenses. Despite this issue, the overall experience for most customers is positive, with many praising the helpful staff and fair prices. Overall, Emotion Auto Sales is a good option for those looking for a used car, but it's essential to carefully review the car's history before making a purchase. The business is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, but it's closed on Sundays. Customers can contact the dealer through phone or visit their website to learn more about their services and offerings.
