EML Pool & Spa, located at Building 1005, US-41 Street, Inverness City, offers a range of services including pool repairs, installations, and cleaning. While they have some positive reviews, there are also several complaints about poor customer service, responsiveness, and quality of work. Many customers have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the company, with some even being stood up for appointments. Some reviewers have also mentioned that the company takes advantage of customers, such as charging for services that were not performed or not honoring warranties. On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences with the company, praising their friendly and knowledgeable staff. The company's work quality is also variable, with some customers reporting that their pools were not properly maintained or that they were not finished on time. The pricing seems to be reasonable, with some customers mentioning that it was competitive. However, the innovativeness of the company is not clear, as there is no clear indication of any innovative practices or services. Overall, the company seems to be struggling with customer service and quality control, which has resulted in a mixed bag of reviews.
