This home security system business is located in the Lakeland City area and has a website at emgalarm.com. It offers a range of security services, including home security systems and systems from partner company EMG Alarm Specialist Corporation. The business has a wheelchair accessible parking lot, making it easily accessible to customers. However, several customers have reported issues with customer service and contract terms. One customer reported being locked into a 3-year contract with the company and experiencing rude and unhelpful service when trying to get assistance. Another customer reported being charged a significant amount to set up the alarm at their new location, as well as for any subsequent service visits.Overall, the quality of service provided by this business seems to be a major issue. The pricing is generally considered to be competitive, but the high cost of service visits may be a deterrent for some customers. The business has not shown much innovativeness in its offerings or services.
