Embellished Catering offers a wide variety of custom catering services, including weddings, corporate events, and parties. They have a 4.8-star overall rating, which indicates a high level of satisfaction from their clients. Their quality of food and service is also high, with a 4.5-star rating, and many clients have praised their professionalism and attention to detail.Their pricing is competitive, with a 4.2-star rating, although some clients have mentioned that they may be a bit pricey for some events. Innovativeness is also a strong point for Embellished Catering, with a 4.6-star rating, as they are always looking for new and creative ways to provide exceptional service to their clients.Overall, Embellished Catering is a reliable and trustworthy choice for any type of event, and their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in their high ratings and glowing reviews. However, one issue that stood out in the reviews was the miscommunication and lack of follow-through on the part of the company. Some clients mentioned that they had to chase after the company for information or to get their events set up, and that the staff was not always available or responsive. This suggests that Embellished Catering may need to work on improving their communication and follow-through with clients.
