Embassy Pharmacy is a convenient location for medical services and pharmacy needs. The building is easily accessible with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The pharmacy offers in-store pickup and delivery services for added convenience. The staff is friendly and caring, with some clients praising them for being helpful and polite. Cleanliness is also a strong point, with one client commenting on how clean the store is. The prices are very competitive, with some clients mentioning that they offer great deals. The pharmacy has a strong focus on customer care, with one client mentioning that the pharmacist answers all their questions. One client had a negative experience with billing issues and rude staff. Overall, Embassy Pharmacy seems to be a reliable choice for medical services and pharmacy needs, with some areas for improvement. Please note that I did not include the specific issue mentioned in the client feedback as it's not a persistent problem, but rather a one-time incident. If it were a repeated issue, I would highlight it in the review.
