The first impression was great, the building has a wheelchair accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for people with mobility issues.The staff is friendly and welcoming, the office is clean and well-organized. I had the opportunity to meet Elizabeth Mulvey, who is part of the co-branding, and she seemed professional and knowledgeable.Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the quality of service provided. It took a while to be seen by the doctor, and the consultation felt a bit rushed. However, the doctor was kind and attentive, and the medical assistant was very helpful.The location accepts debit and credit cards, which is convenient. The payment process was smooth and hassle-free.Overall, the experience was good, but not outstanding. The high-quality service was somewhat lacking, and I hope the team can improve this aspect.
