The location of Elite Spine & Orthopedics is very accessible for people with disabilities, offering a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. The medical service seems to have a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with staff members like Sharleen at the front desk being described as "very helpful and sweet." Patients also feel well-informed about their treatment, with no question feeling "dumb" and receiving a "warm, fuzzy feeling" for being at the doctor's office. However, some potential drawbacks are not immediately clear. In general, the clinic appears to have a high standard of quality, with doctors like Dr. Donovan and Dr. Lee being praised for their personal and professional approach. There was an issue with one client not being happy with the doctor's appointment; I am sure the doctors will do everything to make you happy with the care you receive. The clinic offers various payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. To ensure a smooth experience, it is recommended to make an appointment in advance. The clinic's website, elitespinefl.com, seems to be a good resource for more information about the services offered.
