This construction and roofing business has a solid reputation in Crystal River City. Many customers have praised their quality of work, with several homeowners mentioning that they were very satisfied with the finished product. However, there have been a few instances where customers have experienced issues with leaks and other problems.
Some customers have also noted that the business can be a bit expensive, but they seem to be worth it given the quality of the work. There is no indication that the business is trying to innovate or do anything particularly new or groundbreaking, but they seem to be reliable and professional.
One potential issue is that there have been a few instances where customers have had problems getting follow-up service after the initial job was completed. In some cases, customers have reported that they had to call multiple times to get someone to come and fix a leak or other issue.
Another potential issue is that the business has had some problems with communication and customer service. Some customers have reported that they were not able to get in touch with the business after they submitted their payment, and others have mentioned that the staff was not very responsive to their questions and concerns.
Overall, this business seems to be a good option for homeowners who are looking for high-quality roofing and construction services. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with follow-up service and communication.
