Elite Pool Designs has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from its clients, indicating a strong level of satisfaction with the company's services. The team's exceptional communication skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders have been particularly praised. However, there are a few areas where the company could improve. One client reported a terrible experience, citing issues with the pool design and installation, as well as a lack of transparency in pricing. While the company has a reputation for being honest and reliable, this isolated incident suggests that there may be a need for better project management and client communication. The high rating for pricing suggests that the company is competitive and offers good value for money, but some clients have reported feeling misled by pricing quotes. Overall, Elite Pool Designs is a solid choice for anyone looking to install a pool or make repairs to their existing one. However, it's essential to carefully review contracts and communicate closely with the team to ensure that expectations are met.
