The therapist, Stephanie Gravely, possesses exceptional therapeutic skills and is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Brandi is also an excellent therapist who challenges her patients to see and learn more and more every time they meet. The office environment is peaceful and clean. However, there are some concerns about the phone system, which can be difficult to navigate, and the billing process, which can be confusing. Additionally, one patient reported that their appointment was canceled without being notified and that the office manager was unavailable to address the issue.
