This business location has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it easily accessible for customers. The location is also open from 7:30 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM on Saturdays, but it is closed on Sundays. However, the experience of some customers has been marred by poor communication and professionalism. Several customers have reported being left hanging or having their appointments cancelled at the last minute. One customer reported that the owner was unprofessional and tried to blame the customer for the issue. Another customer had a similar experience of being left hanging, with the owner claiming that they had been told a different story. However, there is one positive review from a customer who had a good experience with the business. They praised the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. It seems that the business has inconsistent quality and poor communication skills, which can be a major issue for customers.
