This shopping location is a great find for anyone looking for furniture, flooring, and more. The staff, including KC and Sam, are very knowledgeable and helpful, assisting customers in choosing the right products for their needs. The store has a wide selection of products, and the prices are reasonable. The business is also committed to providing excellent service, as evident from the service guarantee and installation service offered.
The location is wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms, parking, and entrance. It's also a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and transgender individuals. The business accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, credit cards, and checks.
The working hours are standard, with the store open from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays, but closed on weekends. The staff is responsive and friendly, as seen in the responses to customer reviews.
The only area for improvement is the showroom, which, while beautiful, might be overwhelming for some customers. A more organized layout could help customers navigate the store more easily.
