The store has a mix of great and not-so-great qualities. The overall atmosphere and experience seem to be decent, with a 3.5-star rating indicating a solid performance. The quality of items for sale is also satisfactory, with many reviewers mentioning finding unique and gently used items. However, the pricing seems to be a major concern, with many reviewers labeling it as overpriced. This could be a major turn-off for potential customers. On the other hand, the store seems to be innovating and offering a wide range of items, including furniture, kitchenware, and clothing. The Elephant's Trunk Thrift Shop is a thrift store located in Venice City, offering a variety of items for sale, including used cars and automotive services. However, it's worth noting that some reviewers have mentioned encountering unfriendly staff, including a store manager who was rude and dismissive. While the store has a lot to offer, the high pricing and some negative interactions with staff may deter some customers. The mix of great and not-so-great qualities makes it hard to give a definitive assessment of the store. Overall, it's worth visiting, but be prepared for potentially high prices and some awkward interactions with staff. One major issue that stands out is the pricing, which seems to be a major concern for many reviewers. Several reviewers have mentioned that the prices are too high, even for a thrift store. This could be a major turn-off for potential customers who are looking for affordable options. Additionally, some reviewers have mentioned encountering unfriendly staff, including a store manager who was rude and dismissive.
