I visited the Electric Eels Inc location in Tampa City. Overall, I had a great experience with them. The electricians who worked on my project were knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing, which made me feel confident in their abilities. They took the time to listen to my concerns and offered solutions that fit my needs. They also arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves, which was much appreciated. One thing that stood out was their excellent customer service - they were friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was evident in the finished product, and I'm very happy with the outcome. The pricing was also very competitive, which was a big plus for me. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to explore new and innovative ways to approach electrical projects. Perhaps they could look into using more energy-efficient materials or finding ways to reduce waste on site. However, this is a minor suggestion and overall I would highly recommend Electric Eels Inc to anyone in need of electrical services.
