Some reviewers have also noted that the business is a "breath of fresh air" in an industry where customer service is often lacking. The business has a reputation for being trustworthy and honest, with one reviewer stating that the owner, Eddie, "has integrity" and another saying that the staff is "salt of the earth." Many customers have also praised the business for its competitive pricing, with one reviewer saying that Eddie's prices are "almost half" of other estimates. However, not all reviews have been positive. One reviewer had a negative experience with the business, reporting that the staff was unfriendly and the work was subpar. The business has been in operation for many years and has built a loyal customer base. Many reviewers have praised the business for its commitment to quality and customer service, and have recommended it to others. One of the biggest issues with Eddie's Auto Body and Collision is the inconsistent quality of work. Some reviewers have reported that the business has done great work on their vehicles, while others have reported that the work was subpar. This inconsistency may be due to the fact that the business is family-owned and operated, and may not have the same level of quality control as larger businesses.Overall, Eddie's Auto Body and Collision is a solid choice for anyone in need of collision repairs or other automotive services. While the business has its flaws, the majority of reviewers have praised the business for its excellent service, fair prices, and commitment to quality.
