From my experience, Ed Howard Mazda is a reliable business that offers a wide range of services. The sales team is knowledgeable and helpful, making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.The service department is also top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who take the time to explain everything to you. They have a wide range of services available, including oil changes, repairs, and maintenance. I had a problem with my car, and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. One issue I would like to point out is the inconsistent service quality. While the majority of the reviews are positive, there are some negative reviews that mention poor service and unhelpful staff. This suggests that the business may need to work on providing consistent service quality across all departments.Overall, I would give Ed Howard Mazda 4 out of 5 stars. They are a reliable business that offers a wide range of services, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. However, they do need to work on providing consistent service quality across all departments.
