The Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Clearwater City offers a decent stay for those looking for an affordable option. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, with some guests praising their helpfulness and excellent customer service. However, the quality of the rooms and amenities can be a letdown. Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, including bugs, mold, and dirty floors. The furniture and decor are also dated, and some rooms have been described as musty or smelly.Pricing is one of the hotel's strong suits, with guests praising the reasonable rates and great value for the money. The hotel's innovativeness is also a plus, with some guests appreciating the hotel's efforts to offer modern amenities and services, such as a hot tub and free breakfast. One major issue that has been reported by several guests is the presence of bugs, including cockroaches and ants. Some guests have also reported issues with the hotel's management, including a general manager who has been accused of being unresponsive and unhelpful.Despite these issues, the hotel has received generally positive reviews from guests who have stayed there.
