I've visited this Eco Steam Carpet Cleaning location at Building 111, E Monument Ave Avenue, Unit 501, Kissimmee City. The first thing that caught my attention was their professionalism, evident in their prompt responses to my queries and their efficient scheduling system. Their team, including Adrian, Ángel, and Karina, is courteous, respectful, and well-equipped to handle various carpet cleaning tasks.Their services are comprehensive, covering upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and pet stain & odor removal. I've heard from several satisfied customers who've appreciated their attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to remove stubborn stains. While some customers have mentioned that their floors took a while to dry, this issue seems to be relatively rare.Eco Steam Carpet Cleaning's prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their services. They often have specials and promotions, making their services even more accessible to a wider audience. Their commitment to using eco-friendly products and equipment is a definite plus for environmentally conscious customers. While I didn't experience any issues during my visit, one customer did mention that they had to follow up with the company to ensure that their rug was properly cleaned and that the technician showed up at the agreed-upon time. However, it's worth noting that the company responded promptly to this issue and made amends.Overall, Eco Steam Carpet Cleaning is a reliable and trustworthy service provider that delivers high-quality results at affordable prices. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, combined with their eco-friendly approach, makes them a great choice for those in need of carpet cleaning services.
