Echelon Brew Coffee Cart is a wonderful spot, clearly run by people who genuinely care about their craft. The coffee is exceptional, with a rich flavor that sets it apart from other places. The staff is incredibly kind, with Anthony being particularly knowledgeable about the coffee beans they source. His wife's bagels are a perfect complement to the coffee. One thing to note is that their hours of operation could be more varied - it would be nice to have them open on more days, especially for those who work non-traditional hours.
