This fire station is a great place to get help in case of an emergency. The staff is always courteous and professional, and they respond quickly to calls. I have fallen through a ceiling in my garage and fractured my back, but the East Lake Fire Department Station 57 came within 5 minutes to help me. They were quick in getting me medical attention and took my concerns seriously. The staff is friendly and honest, and they have a great team of people who serve and contribute to the community. They have great events for the community and are always welcoming visitors. The fire hose testing is also a fun experience. The station is well-maintained, wheelchair accessible, and has a restroom available. One minor issue is that the rating for pricing is not available, which may make some people hesitant to rate this fire station highly. Overall, it's a great place to get help and support.
