This business has an address on Forest Lakes Blvd in Oldsmar City and offers a variety of products and services related to boats and marine supplies. It is wheelchair accessible and has a parking lot for customers. The business is also small and primarily sells online through eBay and Amazon. The owner responds to customer complaints and issues, and they seem to offer a 12-month warranty on their products. However, there have been several instances of poor customer service, including ignoring voicemails, not responding to customer inquiries, and providing incorrect information. Some customers have reported receiving the wrong products or parts, while others have had issues with defective products that did not work as expected. One customer had to deal with multiple problems with a single purchase, including a trim motor that did not work and a starter that lasted only two months.Despite these issues, there have also been positive reviews and experiences from customers, including good prices, timely delivery, and friendly service. However, the overall score of 3.3 suggests that the business has room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality. There is one notable issue that has been mentioned multiple times: poor communication and customer service. This has been a recurring problem for the business, and it may impact the overall experience of customers.
