This location has been consistently praised for its high-quality appliances and exceptional customer service. The staff is described as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making them a joy to work with. They are also highly recommended for their honesty and reasonableness in pricing, often beating out the competition. The owner is particularly commended for being a stand-up person, with one customer noting that they have been doing business with him for 23 years and can confidently say he is the best human being you can ever find. While there is no major criticism, one reviewer did mention that they could be a bit more innovative in their offerings, but overall this location is a standout in the industry. The only potential issue is that the last reviewer, who gave a slightly lower rating of 4.0, did not specify why they were less satisfied.
