This business has a convenient location on Capps Rd Road in Lake Wales City, with on-site parking available. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance suitable for people with mobility issues. The staff is friendly and helpful, with many reviewers praising the excellent customer service they receive. The business offers a range of services, including truck rental, storage units, and on-site services. Reviewers have praised the ease of renting a truck and the helpfulness of the staff in getting them on the road. The storage units are also well-regarded, with many reviewers reporting no issues with their stored items. One issue that has been reported is a discrepancy with a customer's change. A reviewer mentioned that they were given the wrong change after making a payment, and when they returned to the facility with the receipt, the staff failed to investigate the issue. This has resulted in a loss of trust for this customer, and they would not recommend the business for change handling.Despite this issue, the business has a strong reputation for providing excellent service and value for money. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Overall, this business is a good option for those in need of truck rental, storage, or on-site services in the Lake Wales City area.
