4.2

This business has a good overall reputation, with a rating of 4.3 from third-party sources. The working hours are consistent, with the business open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 7am to 8pm on Saturdays. Onsite services are available, which is a convenient option for customers. The crew is responsive and communicative, keeping customers informed about their arrival times. They have received praise for their work, with one customer stating that they did an "outstanding job" on their lawn. Another customer appreciated the attention to detail, mentioning that the edging and trimming was excellent. However, there have been some issues with punctuality and professionalism. One customer felt that they were not treated professionally, as the owner did not complete all the work as agreed upon and then charged extra for it without discussion. This has been a concern for some customers, but it's worth noting that the business has a strong co-branding partnership with Earth Cutz Lawn Services LLC.The business has a good reputation for value, with customers appreciating the competitive pricing and the high-quality work. However, the pricing can be a bit inconsistent, as one customer felt that they were overcharged for additional work.Overall, this business has a good reputation and a loyal customer base. However, it's essential to communicate clearly with the crew and the owner to avoid any misunderstandings. The lack of clear communication can lead to issues, such as punctuality problems and overcharging. One area for improvement is to be more transparent about pricing and services offered. This will help customers feel more confident and secure in their decision to use the business. The location is Building 304, E Pine St Street, Suite 1300, Lakeland City, and the phone number is +18635135873. The working hours are consistent, and onsite services are available.
