Our experience with Eagleridge Goldens has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we reached out to inquire about a pup, Jen's kindness and dedication shone through. She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, providing prompt and thorough assistance every step of the way. The facility is clean and well-maintained, giving us total peace of mind. You can tell Jen puts so much heart into what she does. We felt completely confident and supported throughout the entire process, and we couldn't be happier with our new pup.We opted for the training program, which was an excellent decision. Our puppy was well-behaved and well-adjusted from the start, thanks to the early socialization and training provided by Eagleridge. The staff is amazing, with a very special shout out to Stephanie, Tanner, and Nyla; incredible caretakers and trainers. Our new golden retriever, Finn, is an absolute joy. He has the sweetest temperament – calm, gentle, and eager to please. He's truly a sweet gentleman! However, we did have an issue with the puppy's health, and the breeder's response to the situation was not satisfactory. Our puppy developed elbow dysplasia, a hereditary condition, and we had to spend over $8,000 to treat it. The breeder's health guarantee did not cover the condition because it was not severe enough, and we were also disqualified because we stopped feeding our puppy the mandated MLM dog food brand. This was a major issue for us, and it's something that we wish the breeder had been more transparent about before we made the purchase.Despite this issue, we still highly recommend Eagleridge Goldens to anyone looking for a reputable breeder with a passion for the health and well-being of their dogs. The breeder's dedication to quality and transparency is evident throughout the process, and the puppy's temperament and training were top-notch. We just wish that the breeder had been more supportive and communicative during the time when our puppy was dealing with a serious health issue.
