This shopping and tools store is a valuable resource for those in need of machine shop services and various tools. Visitors can easily access the parking lot and enter the store as it is wheelchair accessible. The store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, giving customers sufficient time to get their tasks done. The staff is highly knowledgeable and professional, as shown in a customer review where Alex successfully repaired an old European mechanism lock that no one else could fix. The staff's expertise is truly remarkable. However, the staff may not always be available during off-peak hours, as there are no reviews mentioning their work on weekends. This might be a concern for customers who need immediate assistance outside of regular working hours. The store is associated with E & M Machine, a well-established co-brand, which implies a high level of quality and expertise.Overall, this store is a great place to visit for those looking for reliable machine shop services and a wide range of tools.
