This location has a somewhat disappointing overall experience. They have multiple offices across Florida, which is a good thing. The office has wheelchair-accessible amenities, such as the restroom, parking lot, and entrance, which is a big plus for people with mobility issues. They also have a co-branding partnership with Dr. Dyson Kelly J. However, the rating and client feedbacks suggest otherwise.
Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating for one client who had a problem with a Dyson product purchased from this office. They spent $600 on a hair dryer and registered it with Dyson, only to have it malfunction after a year and a half. Despite numerous calls and promises, the issue was never resolved, and the client was eventually told to buy a new machine. The client was also surprised to find out that the office did not honor the 24-month warranty, citing that the product was not purchased from an authorized dealer.
The lack of a 24-month warranty and the handling of the issue by Dyson and the office may be a significant concern for some customers. This has likely impacted the overall rating and client satisfaction.
