This location offers a variety of services, including moving, storage, and transportation. The staff is professional and friendly, with many customers praising their efficiency and courtesy. For instance, customers like Leo & Frank and James and Mark were described as amazing and did a great job on their moves. They even went above and beyond by removing old furniture and assembling new ones. The company has a strong presence in the Tampa Bay area and is recommended by many customers. However, there are some concerns about the quality of service. Some customers experienced damaged goods, and in one instance, the driver was rude and impatient. The company's handling of damaged goods and customer complaints has also been criticized, with one customer feeling that they were not taking responsibility for their actions. In terms of pricing, customers seem to be generally satisfied, with some even praising the company's competitive rates. However, the innovativeness of the company's services is not well-represented, as there is limited information available on this topic. The location has a convenient schedule, with the staff available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Unfortunately, there have been no reviews about the cleanliness or amenities of the location. It is worth noting that one of the customers had a poor experience due to the company's poor business practices and refusal to take responsibility for the issue. This is a significant concern that should be addressed by the company.
