This auto repair shop is a hidden gem in Lake Hamilton City, offering a wide range of services from oil changes to complex repairs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, with a great attitude towards customers. They have a cozy waiting room with snacks and worship songs, making the experience even more pleasant. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is top-notch. However, it's essential to note that they don't offer guarantees for work done with customer-provided parts, which can lead to additional costs if issues arise. One customer had a negative experience with their 4x4 vehicle, citing incorrect work and overpriced charges. However, the owner's response seems justified, as they had warned the customer about the potential issues and costs involved. It's essential for customers to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before authorizing work.Despite this, the majority of customers have had excellent experiences, praising the shop's professionalism, communication, and value for money. They have also expressed appreciation for the owner's honesty and willingness to explain the work done. Overall, this auto repair shop is a reliable choice for car owners in the area, but it's crucial to be aware of their policies and procedures to avoid any potential issues.
