The business has received several reviews from clients, with most of them expressing dissatisfaction with the services provided. Some reviewers have reported that the cleaning services were incomplete or poorly done, with some areas of the house left untouched or not cleaned thoroughly. Others have complained about the high prices charged by the company, with some feeling that they were misled about the cost of services. Communication issues have also been a problem, with some clients reporting difficulty in getting in touch with the company or receiving clear information about the services to be provided. Additionally, some reviewers have mentioned that the company's customer service was unresponsive or unsatisfactory. There seems to be an issue with the company's trustworthiness. Several reviewers have reported being taken advantage of, with some feeling that the company had no intention of providing good service. One reviewer reported being quoted a low price over the phone, only to be told that the actual price would be much higher when the cleaners arrived at their home.
