Duncan Electrical Service is a well-established company that has been serving the community for a while. They offer a range of electrical services, including installation, repairs, and maintenance. The company's working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which is a bit limited compared to other service providers. The team at Duncan Electrical Service seems to be knowledgeable and professional, with many clients praising their expertise and friendly demeanor. Some reviewers have also mentioned that they are responsive and punctual, which is essential for any service provider. However, there have been some concerns raised about the company's responsiveness, with a few clients reporting difficulties in getting in touch with the team or having appointments canceled at the last minute. Pricing seems to be competitive, with some reviewers noting that they received fair quotes and value for their money. The company has also been praised for its innovative approach to electrical work, with some reviewers appreciating the use of modern equipment and techniques. One of the main issues that has been highlighted is the need for improvement in terms of quality control. Some reviewers have reported experiencing issues with the work done by the company, such as mismatched breakers and lack of inspection. Overall, Duncan Electrical Service seems like a decent option for those in need of electrical services. However, it's essential to exercise caution and carefully review any quotes or agreements before proceeding with any work. The fact that the company has multiple negative reviews and a low overall score on some platforms suggests that there are still some issues to be addressed. Some reviewers have also mentioned that the company has a tendency to hire third-party technicians, which can lead to inconsistencies in the level of service provided. A more streamlined approach to hiring and training technicians could help to improve the overall quality of service and reduce the likelihood of issues arising.
