This location has both automotive and boat services, and it is also equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. It's located in Clermont City, on Cagan Oaks Street, Building 16729. The company offers simplified EV charging management solutions with premium customer support.Unfortunately, the charging stations at this location have been having some issues. Multiple customers have reported that none of the charges worked, with both stations being down. One customer mentioned that one of the chargers has been inoperative for over three months straight, and despite numerous calls, the issue was not resolved. Another customer reported that the chargers don't work for months, and the company doesn't fix them. However, it's worth noting that not all customers have had negative experiences. One customer was able to charge their vehicle successfully, with the charger functioning up to 180 Kwh. Another customer also had a successful charging experience, with the charger working at 180 kw.Regarding pricing, it seems that the company charges $0.30 per kWh, which may be considered outrageous by some customers. One customer specifically mentioned that they were expecting to get better mileage with their electric vehicle, but the prices for charging and electricity made it not worth it.The innovativeness of the company is hard to determine based on the available information. However, the company's partnership with Duke Energy Charging Station may indicate that they are trying to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and charging solutions.Overall, this location has some serious issues with its charging stations, which may deter potential customers. However, it's also clear that not all customers have had negative experiences. It's worth noting that the company needs to address the issues with the charging stations to improve the overall quality and innovativeness of their services.
