I visited this community center and retirement home, and overall I had a good impression. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming, which is always a plus. However, I did notice that the facility itself is a bit old and could use some renovation. But it's still very functional and comfortable. The wheelchair accessibility features, such as the parking lot and entrance, are definitely a plus. I would have given a higher quality score if the facility was in better condition, but it's not a deal-breaker. On the other hand, the prices for the services and amenities are quite reasonable, which is great. One thing that stood out to me was the unique co-branding with Duey's Place Alf, which is a nice touch. However, it would be even better if they had more innovative programs and services to offer, such as art classes or community events. Despite this, I would still recommend this location to anyone looking for a community center and retirement home in the area.
