This business has a great overall impression, which is maintained through their quality services. Quality of the services is good, but not exceptional. Pricing is very competitive, making it a great option for those looking for a good deal. The business also seems to be quite innovative, always trying new things to improve the customer experience. The staff is available during regular working hours, which is Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The business has partnered with Ducos Pool Services, which suggests a strong professional network. Unfortunately, the business is not open on Saturdays and Sundays, which might not be suitable for everyone. One area for improvement is that the business could consider extending its working hours to accommodate more customers. Despite this, the business has maintained an excellent third-party rating of 5.0 and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients. One of the clients mentioned that the owner is a licensed contractor and an honest people person, which speaks volumes about the business's professionalism. Another client praised the business for its great pool service and dependable repairs.
