I recently had the opportunity to visit Drivewhere LLC in Zephyrhills City. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming staff who were eager to assist me. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with a variety of golf carts on display. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions and providing valuable insights into the different models. They were also happy to let me test drive a few carts, which gave me a great feel for the vehicles.One thing that impressed me was the customer service. The staff were responsive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even offered to deliver the cart to my home on the same day, which was a huge convenience.My only issue was with the initial communication regarding the warranty and the invoice. It seemed like there was a miscommunication, and I had to follow up multiple times to get everything sorted out.
