This daycare, Dreamers Bilingual Academy, seems to be a solid choice for parents looking for a nurturing environment for their children. With a strong emphasis on bilingual education and a family-like atmosphere, it's no wonder why many parents praise the academy for its exceptional care. The staff, including the owner Mariela, are warm and welcoming, making it easy for children to adjust to the new surroundings. One of the standout features of this academy is its commitment to providing a clean and safe environment for its students. From the comments about the clean and well-maintained facility to the owner's emphasis on cleanliness, it's clear that the academy takes pride in its physical space. However, there have been a few issues raised by parents, including concerns about communication, particularly regarding availability of spots and communication with staff. It's also worth noting that one parent felt that their child was not welcomed because of their autism diagnosis, which is a red flag that needs to be addressed by the academy. The academy's use of technology, such as the Procare app, to keep parents informed about their child's activities and provide updates throughout the day is a positive aspect. This shows that the academy is proactive in staying up-to-date with the latest technology to better serve its families. While the academy has its strengths, it's essential for parents to be aware of these potential issues and to ask questions during the enrollment process. With some improvement in communication and inclusivity, this academy has the potential to become a truly exceptional choice for families in the area.
