This business location seems to have some issues with customer satisfaction. The address is Building 465, Earhart Dr Drive, Davenport City, which suggests a physical presence in the area. However, the categories of Construction & Development, Construction & Modeling, and Housing development imply a focus on building and development projects. The partnership with Dream Finders Homes might suggest a level of expertise or quality, but unfortunately, there is limited information to make a more informed judgment.Despite a decent overall rating of 3.0, the quality of the services provided seems to be a concern. One customer had a particularly bad experience, describing the builder as a "nightmare" and citing numerous issues with the construction process, including unfulfilled promises to fix problems and a general lack of professionalism. The customer explicitly warns against choosing this builder, opting for others instead. While this is just one customer's experience, it raises some red flags about the quality of the services provided. The pricing, on the other hand, seems to be very reasonable, but without more information, it's difficult to assess whether this is a significant factor in the business's appeal. As for innovativeness, there is no information available to make a judgment.
