I visited Palm Medical Centers located at Building 127, Ridge Center Dr Drive, Davenport City. The medical center is easily accessible and has a wheelchair-friendly entrance, parking lot, and restroom. However, making an appointment requires a call, but the phone support can be frustratingly slow, with long wait times or even calls being hung up. Once inside, patients can expect good quality care from the medical staff, including a doctor who is kind and attentive. The center also accepts debit and credit cards for payments. While it offers a wide range of services, including general practitioner care and medical services, some patients have experienced difficulty in getting their test results or rescheduling appointments, which may indicate a need for improvement in administrative tasks. Despite this, the center seems to be a decent option for medical care in the area, providing good value for the prices charged.
