The staff here is very caring and treat you like a real person, they have a great knowledge and make you feel comfortable. The doctor, Dr. Reddy, is very intelligent and knowledgeable, and it's a great pleasure to have him as a family doctor. The office has a wheelchair accessible restroom, entrance, and parking lot, which is very convenient. You can make an appointment ahead of time, and they accept credit and debit cards. However, the office staff can be quite unfriendly and uncooperative at times, and you might need to call them multiple times to get a refill on your prescription. Despite these issues, the overall experience here is very good, and the staff is trying their best to provide quality service. The office is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for people with mobility issues. Dr. Reddy is highly knowledgeable and kind, and the office has a good system in place for handling appointments and payments. With a little more training on customer service, the office staff could be even more helpful and friendly.
