I recently visited the BayCare Behavioral Health – Brooksville location, and here's my overall impression. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience quite pleasant. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which gave me a sense of trust in their ability to provide quality care. However, I did notice that the waiting time was a bit longer than expected, which was a minor inconvenience. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a definite plus. The services provided by the medical staff, particularly Dr. Thomas J. Egan, MD, were top-notch. However, the high cost of some of the services was a bit of a shock.
