The pediatrician's office is well-equipped and clean, which is a big plus. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The doctor has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. I've been bringing my child to this doctor for a while now and never had any issues. They offer flexible scheduling, which is very helpful for busy families. The location is convenient, located right on N Dale Mabry Hwy Highway. Dr. Stephen A. Williams, MD is a great partner in my child's health. One thing I wish they had was a more efficient check-in process - it sometimes takes a little while to get checked in.
