This dermatology location has its strengths and weaknesses. The overall experience is decent, but there are some concerns about the quality of care. The pricing is reasonable, which is a major plus for many patients. On the other hand, the innovativeness of the treatments offered could be improved. The office is wheelchair accessible and has a restroom, which is convenient for patients with mobility issues. The location has received mostly positive reviews from patients, with many praising the doctor's bedside manner and the friendly staff. However, there have been some issues with communication and follow-up care. One patient reported a negative experience with their mole removal, citing worsened scarring and a lack of transparency about risks. Another patient was unhappy with the office's refill policy, feeling that it was overly expensive and inconvenient. It's worth noting that the doctor has a good reputation in the community and is well-respected by his patients. However, there are some concerns about the office's policies and procedures that may impact the overall patient experience. Overall, this location is average, with some areas for improvement.
