I recently visited this medical location in Zephyrhills City, and overall, I was fairly satisfied. The quality of care provided by Dr. Trivedi and his team was good, but not exceptional. They were very knowledgeable and professional in their approach to behavioral and mental health consultation, diagnosis, and treatment. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with wheelchair accessibility features such as a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that the amenities were not as extensive as I had expected. The location is wheelchair-accessible, which is a big plus. However, the parking lot can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. One issue that stood out was the criticism of other medical organizations by Dr. Trivedi. It seemed to be a defensive attitude, which made me question the legitimacy of her claims.I found the scheduling process to be relatively easy, and the phone support was helpful. However, the lack of a comprehensive website made it difficult for me to find the information I needed. The co-branding with Dr. Michaela Klein was a nice touch, but I'm not sure what it added to the overall experience.Overall, this location has a lot of potential, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
