I visited this psychiatrist's office multiple times, and my experiences were all quite negative. The doctors' care and professionalism were a big concern. I had issues with my insurance coverage, which was supposed to be accepted, but I was told that it was not. When I paid cash, the problem persisted. It seems that the staff was not properly trained or prepared. I've also noticed that the doctor was very abrupt and dismissive, even though she claimed to be caring and attentive. Some of the clients have shared their similar experiences, which have only solidified my negative opinion.
In my case, the issues began when I tried to get an appointment and paid in cash. The receptionist was incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in helping me. When I finally got to see the doctor, she seemed more focused on telling me what I should do rather than listening to my concerns.
Another time, I had a friend who was diagnosed with ADHD and other health issues after just a few minutes of talking to the doctor on Zoom. My friend had never met the doctor in person and was prescribed medication without any further evaluation or explanation. I was shocked by the doctor's approach and the lack of care for her patients.
The clients who left negative reviews also mentioned that the doctor was unprofessional, dismissive, and sometimes even hurtful. They reported feeling belittled and unheard during their appointments. Many of them mentioned that the doctor's behavior was unacceptable and not what they expected from a healthcare professional.
The quality of care was another significant concern. Some patients were given incorrect prescriptions, and the staff seemed to be uninterested in fixing the problems that arose.
Pricing was also a concern, as some clients reported being overcharged for sessions that lasted less than 10 minutes.
Innovativeness was not an issue for me, but I was able to find reviews that discuss the service as outdated and lacking in proper care.
In general, my experience with this psychiatrist's office was very disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone.
