I had the pleasure of visiting this medical facility and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The doctor, Dr. Kevin S. Tralins, MD, is top-notch. He is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and caring. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, which was a huge relief. The waiting room is comfortable and clean, and the restroom is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus for people with mobility issues. I also appreciated the NFC mobile payments option, which made the payment process smooth and convenient. My only concern is that the entrance is a bit narrow, which might be a problem for people with mobility issues, especially in a wheelchair. However, the staff is always willing to assist, and they have wheelchair-accessible parking and a parking lot, which is a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this medical facility to anyone looking for top-notch medical care.
