This practice has a good overall rating, with most patients expressing satisfaction with their experience. However, there seems to be an issue with not accepting new patients, as mentioned by two separate clients. The quality of care is generally good, with many patients praising the staff's professionalism and bedside manner. The pricing seems reasonable, with options for payment plans and NFC mobile payments available. However, the lack of innovativeness in accepting new patients is a concern, as it may limit accessibility to their services. Some notable positives include the efficiency of the staff, with one client mentioning that they were able to get all of their xrays done quickly. The staff is also praised for being supportive and making patients feel like family. Additionally, the practice offers a range of cosmetic dental options, including emergency services, which is a major plus. However, the issues with not accepting new patients and the lack of innovativeness in their policies may deter some potential clients. Overall, this practice seems to have a good reputation, but could improve in terms of accessibility and innovativeness.
