I have visited this medical service location for my gynecology needs, and overall, it has met my expectations. The quality of care provided by Dr. John D. Naples, MD, and his team is top-notch. They are very knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything thoroughly. The office is well-equipped with the latest technology, which gives me confidence in their ability to diagnose and treat any issues. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience much more comfortable.
The restroom is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus for patients with mobility issues. Additionally, the parking lot and entrance are also wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to access the facility. They accept debit and credit cards, which is convenient for patients.
While the pricing is not transparent, I have not experienced any issues with the costs. The overall value for the care received is excellent. One area for improvement would be to provide more detailed information about the services and costs upfront, so patients can make informed decisions.
